Terms of Service

Test version — not legal advice.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use dreamword.

2. AI content

All characters and media are AI-generated fiction. Outputs may be inaccurate or unexpected; you are responsible for how you use them.

3. Acceptable use

You agree to follow the content policy. We may remove content and suspend accounts that break it.

4. Purchases

Plans are prepaid for the selected period and do not renew automatically. DreamCoins have no cash value. Refunds of digital goods are handled case by case; a provider chargeback or refund removes the coins and plan time it bought.

5. Your content

You keep rights to characters you create and grant us a licence to host and display them as you choose (private or public).

6. Termination

You can delete your account at any time from your profile.
